Boys all round at Long Eaton new homes development

March 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Boys seem to have become the order of the day at a Long Eaton new homes development. Davidsons ‘Grange Meadows’ has seen more and more baby boys, according to the sales team there.

Over the last 12 months many of the purchasers moving in have young boys, and a number have given birth to boys, or are expecting boys, since deciding to buy a new home at the development.

Some of the mums recently attended a coffee morning in the showhome, which the sales team had organised to give them a chance to get to know each other and swap stories.

Sales managers Karen Townsend, and Sarahjane Giles - who also gave birth to a son last year, said “We were suddenly aware that everyone was having boys. It definitely dispels the old myth about there being lots more girls than boys in Nottingham. We thought a coffee morning would be a great way for mums and sons to meet up. And one of our purchasers is expecting twin boys later in the year, so there’s definitely a football team in the making here”.

Currently Davidsons ‘Grange Meadows’ has 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes available, with prices ranging from £165,000 to £370,000. The development has proved very popular and there are now just 19 homes left.
