Lee & Associates Opens Valuation Service Line in Chicago

March 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates Valuation and Consulting Services, a new service line of commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates, has announced the opening of its Chicago office. The office is headed by Christopher B. Myers, MAI, with Nicholas Cipriano, both well-known and respected veterans within the appraisal industry.

         In January, Lee & Associates, a national full-service commercial brokerage firm, launched Lee & Associates Valuation and Consulting Services. Based in Atlanta, Boring, who along with Chief Financial Officer Victor Segrest, head the national service line.

         Myers is the managing director of the Chicago office and will be responsible for production, operations and management for the region. He has 25 years of valuation experience throughout the U.S. He has completed fee simple, leased fee, leasehold, sandwich leasehold, condominium and air rights valuations. He has extensive experience in the appraisal and valuation of special use properties including high-end hospitality, marinas, student-housing facilities, museums, sports facilities, performing arts facilities and university campuses. Myers has been recognized as an expert witness before the State of Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board. Prior experience includes Argianas & Associates, the Retail Properties Group of Koeppel Tener Real Estate Services, Inc. and the National Hospitality Group of CB Richard Ellis Inc.

         Cipriano is a certified general appraiser with over 10 years of experience.  He has extensive experience in the valuation of a variety of complex special use properties including high rise office buildings, regional malls, hospital campuses and ambulatory surgical centers, airport facilities, hotels, educational facilities,  farms and equestrian estates, greenhouses, tank farms and river barge shipping facilities, rail yards, power plants and paper mills.  Cipriano previously worked at Argianas & Associates.
