Easter Specials Ristorante Olivio Celebrates an Italian-Style Easter

ARLINGTON, Mass. - March 20, 2013 - PRLog -- WHAT:Nothing says Easter Sunday like an Italian-style family meal. On Sunday, March 31, 2013, Ristorante Olivio, located in Arlington, MA, will open early for Easter Sunday serving specials from 12:00PM-8:00PM. In addition to the regular menu,  Executive Chef/ Owner Angelo DiGirolamo will be serving his guests an a la carte menu featuring seasonal favorites such as Spring Risotto with fresh spring vegetables, tossed with Grana Padano ($10.00), Asparagus Frittata, fresh asparagus dipped in an egg and cheese batter and pan fried, topped with roasted peppers ($12.00) the classic Rack of Lamb with mint pesto and vegetable risotto ($29.00) and Sole Francese dipped in egg and cheese batter, served with artichoke, capers, garlic lemon sauce and angel hair ($22.00).
