Grand Opening W. Babylon Swirls & Twirls Self-Serve Frozen Yogurt Shop, Free Frozen Yogurt 11:30a-6p

WEST BABYLON, N.Y. - March 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Swirls and Twirls self-serve frozen yogurt shop (www.swirlsandtwirlsusa.com), featuring 24 flavors, 50+ toppings and endless possibilities, announces the grand opening of its eighth location at 80 Route 109, West Babylon, in the ShopRite Shopping Center, on Saturday, April 6, 2013 from 11:30 am – 11:30 pm.  The celebration includes all day music, giveaways, face painting, balloon sculptures, and free frozen yogurt (*up to 10 ounces per person; thereafter 49 cents/ounce) served between 11:30 am – 6 pm.  There will also be contests to win an iPad and free yogurt for a year .

Swirls and Twirls franchisee owners  Tom and Terri DeRespino, members of the Babylon Chamber of Commerce, invite the community to stop by to meet them and  “create and enjoy your own healthy treat” on grand opening day.  “We don’t just want to give the people of West Babylon a self-serve frozen yogurt shop,” says Terri.  “We want to become a part of and contribute to the community – by supporting local fundraisers, offering promotions, discounts, fun things to do and giving away free stuff along the way. ”

As with all of their locations, Swirls and Twirls West Babylon will be using Facebook, Twitter and interactive mobile marketing tactics to connect and dialogue with their customers. In addition, Swirls and Twirls encourages patrons to sign up for their loyalty program to earn free yogurt.  Once a member, customer’s points are automatically sent to their cell phones making tracking and redemption a snap.
