Humanitarian artist, Danelle Harvey from London, UK has been awarded funding from the PRS for Music Foundation's (PRSF) 'British Music Abroad' scheme, Arts Council England and UK Trade and Investment (UKTI). PRSF's mission is to stimulate and support the creation and performance of new music for UK artists and to ensure that this music is enjoyed by a wide audience.

The award has enabled Singer, Composer and Guitarist Danelle to attend the Winter Music Conference in Miami this year during her US acoustic promotional tour. Performances and interviews are scheduled for radio and television. She will be promoting her upcoming album, “The Hills” on the US East Coast, starting in Atlanta and including shows in New York.

I am thrilled to have this funding. As an indie artist it means a lot to have the support of the British music industry when you are working hard to achieve and live your dreams. This award actually helps me with building my presence in the States.  It demonstrates that the musical bodies responsible for exporting British music talent to the world believe in me too. I am looking forward to Miami’s Winter Music Conference. I am thankful to PRSF, Arts Council England and UKTI. Danelle Harvey
