TORRANCE, Calif. - March 19, 2013 - PRLog -- As reported in EDR’s Scorekeeper, Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. was ranked number 1 by volume in the state of Oregon for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and associated reports announced Daniel Stallings who heads up Partner’s Oregon office.

This increase in Oregon based transactions has caused Partner to increase their operations in the region. Stallings is a recent hire of Partner and is already seeing a change in the Oregon market.
