PCTI leads the way in innovation at Healthcare Expo

CASTLEFORD, U.K. - March 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Europes’s largest Healthcare Innovation conference was held on 13 – 14 March 2013, at the ExCel London, with a limited number of organisations invited to exhibit. Over 10,000 delegates were in attendance at the two day conference where PCTI demonstrated their leadership in healthcare software innovation.

PCTI’s innovative solutions were showcased at the event, helping organisations to realise the benefits of electronic document management, and how it could help to achieve the new paperless NHS strategy and connect-all.

Document Management

Electronic Patient Correspondence

The solution can save Trusts 50p - £1 per letter, with NHS Eastern & Coastal Kent and surrounding practices saving almost £200,000 annually in staff time and consumables, before taking into account the savings in postage costs.

Paperless Referrals
A growing number of Trusts have implemented PCTI’s innovative solution for managing incoming referrals. The solution, which quickly captures incoming referrals from any source, provides Trusts with a platform to capture, file, workflow and track electronically every incoming referral.

The collaboration tool uses Docman to fully integrate with the Clinical System and access documents and data so that group discussions can be formed around the information without the need for physical meetings.
