South Sound magazine and Zetterberg Custom Homes to present the first Idea House in Gig Harbor

TACOMA, Wash. - March 18, 2013 - PRLog -- South Sound magazine and Zetterberg Custom Homes have teamed up to present the first Idea House Home in Gig Harbor, Washington.  This is the 8th Northwest Idea House that South Sound magazine has featured throughout the years.

“We are excited to be teaming up with one of the premier home builders in the Northwest and are honored to showcase their work to our readers,” Josh Dunn, publisher of South Sound magazine said.  “Our Idea Houses are always the best way for our readers and clients to see the latest and greatest in home building, design and products.  Not only do they get to read about the home, they also can tour it.  We are taking the pages of our magazine and transforming it into a live experience.”  The home will be ready for tours at the end of September.  South Sound magazine and Zetterberg will host an open house party there, too.

This special family home is coined “Collected Composition,” and will be built for warmth, comfort and entertaining.  The home will be built on Seneca Landing Lot 12 as a single story, 4,775-square-foot four-bedroom home with daylight basement.  It will feature views both of the Puget Sound and the mountains and is a kitchen-centric home, with everything emanating from the family’s favorite place.

The Zetterberg team is jazzed to be highlighting their stellar work in the beautiful town of Gig Harbor where they planted their company roots more than 10 years ago.  Zetterberg said the housing market is starting to heat up again and now is the perfect time to showcase their family business, the city of Gig Harbor, and new homes design ideas and products.
