Raul Lamas has joined Sanford Rose Associates® - San Diego as a Principal, bringing an extensive amount of executive recruiting experience and specializing in the placement of CEOs, presidents and senior level executives in both early stage and more mature companies.  Prior to joining the firm, he held the position of Senior Executive Recruiter with Vistage International, a global CEO membership organization, where he evaluated and recruited seasoned Chief Executive Officers, Presidents and entrepreneurs.  Raul also served as Recruiting Director for a boutique search firm specializing in recruiting and placing high level finance and accounting professionals for nine years.  Having established a wide professional network of executives across a variety of industries throughout his executive search career, he has successfully conducted and completed many high profile searches throughout the medical device, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and professional services industries.  He began his career in the audit practice with Ernst & Young, then served as a Chief Financial Officer at RJR Horizons, Inc. for five years prior to transitioning into executive search. Raul holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, inactive license), and a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR).
