BOCA RATON, Fla. - March 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Palm Beach, FL 3/13/2013: Globally-celebrated Event Designer, Preston Bailey,  married his longtime partner, Grammy-nominated musician, Theo Bleckmann, at the stroke of midnight on top of The Empire State Building on Valentine’s Day 2013.  

The King-Kong-themed nuptials were officiated by comedy icon, Joan Rivers, and witnessed by Martha Stewart, Sylvia Weinstock and Reem Acra, who created a 12-Foot custom-made wedding gown for the occasion. Also in attendance, Atlanta Housewives stars, NeNe Leeks and Cynthia Bailey.
