Brockway Smith Company to Implement WorldView Ltd.'s Hosted Electronic Document Management System

OMAHA, Neb. - March 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Omaha, Neb. – Brockway Smith Company (BROSCO), a leading distributor of quality doors, windows and millwork products in the northeast, has chosen to implement WorldView Ltd.'s hosted electronic document management system. BROSCO will utilize WorldView's scan capture and workflow solutions to increase the efficiency of its accounts receivable process.  

WorldView gives BROSCO the ability to scan documents and store them in a secure, central repository, where they can be retrieved at any time. WorldView’s workflow management system will notify the appropriate BROSCO branch when a proof of delivery (POD) is missing from an invoice. The system automatically processes documents, which will allow users to work more efficiently and accurately than with BROSCO's previous process. WorldView's document management system will increase productivity and reduce operating expenses.
