AgSouth Farm Credit Announces Ag-Related/Rural Living Photo Contest

Selected Photos Will be Used in 2014 AgSouth Calendar, and Winners Will Receive More than $1000 in Cash Prizes
 
STATESBORO, Ga. - March 12, 2013 - PRLog -- STATESBORO, GA - AgSouth Farm Credit CFO Alisa D. Gunter recently announced that the association is accepting entries for its 2014 Photo Calendar Contest.  The contest is open to AgSouth customers and their families who reside in the 59 Georgia and 34 South Carolina counties served by the association.

“We want to celebrate the importance of agriculture in our territory,” said Gunter, “and what better way for people to recognize the hard work of our farmers, the beauty of agricultural landscapes and the daily living of its people than by capturing that essence with a photo.”

Twelve winning photos will be used in the 2014 AgSouth Farm Credit calendar and will appear in the association’s Out in the County magazine throughout the year. Three winners will be chosen for top honors and will receive VISA gift cards for $300, $200 and $100, respectively. The remaining nine winners will each receive a $50 VISA gift card.
