Julie Seibert Professional Organizer of Healing through Organization, to Teach Home Organizing Class

RALEIGH, N.C. - March 12, 2013 - PRLog -- “Clearing space and making way for what you want in life is an important first step in getting organized.  Has being disorganized cost you time, money or peace of mind?” asked professional organizer Julie Seibert.  She continued, “You don’t have to be a born organizer to get your home in shape.  With some easy to learn skills, organizing your home can be a breeze.”  Seibert shared a few statistics about being disorganized:  

•The average American has 2-5 K worth of usable stuff collecting dust while carrying 10K+ in credit card debt;

•Over 85% of couples say they argue about clutter and disorganization;

•According to professional cleaners 40% of housework would be eliminated by cutting excess clutter;

•Crisis purchases could account for 15-20% of household budgets: buying duplicates, last minute shopping trips, etc.

•Depression can cause clutter and clutter can cause depression. There has been a 400% increase in the rate of antidepressant use among Americans since the late 80s.

The workshop will be held at The Center for Excellence, right off the beltline near N. Hills Mall in Raleigh.  The class begins at 6:30 PM and ends at 8:30 PM.
