More than $11.5 million in closed business announced for 2012
BETHLEHEM, Pa. - March 11, 2013 - PRLog -- BETHLEHEM, PA – More than $11.5 million in business was closed by Veraxia Commercial Real Estate Solutions, (Veraxia CRES), of Bethlehem during 2012. Costas Hrousis, CCIM, and Shawn Donahue, MBA, Co-Principals and Co-Founders of Veraxia Commercial Real Estate Solutions, CRES, announced the details for the year and offered highlights of the transactions.

Veraxia CRES, founded in May 2010, provides commercial real estate solutions, including brokerage services, strategic planning, property analysis and valuation, performance audits and lease analysis.

“Last year was a very strong year for Veraxia CRES,” said Donahue. “We were fortunate to work with excellent clients and complete several projects that were unique and quite extraordinary.”

A few highlights of the year include the following projects:

• Veraxia CRES was the brokerage firm in the sale of the neighborhood retail

center, “Schoenersville Centre,” located at 3209-3221 Schoenersville Road,Bethlehem. Veraxia CRES represented the seller, SBV Bethlehem PA, LLC, in the sale for $3,575.000.

• Veraxia CRES represented Cigars International, Inc. in its acquisition of

approximately five acres of land in Hamburg, PA from Focus Development, Inc. The property, an outparcel to Cabela’s largest U.S. retail store, had been planned for a hotel and restaurant. Cigars International purchased the site and constructed its 10,000 square foot “Super-Store,” labeled the “largest cigar store on the planet.” Veraxia CRES also worked as a liaison between CI and contractor Lobar Associates of Dillsburg, PA on the development of the design and construction of the building.

• Veraxia CRES represented Drs. David Yen and David Prager and Wind Gap Professional Building, LLC, in their acquisition of a property at 6689-6699 Sullivan Trail, Wind Gap, PA, from St. Luke’s University & Health Network/Wind Gap Professional Building Partners.

• Veraxia CRES represented the 515 Main Street Partnership, owner/landlord of a property at 513-515 Main St., Bethlehem, PA, for a long-term lease agreement with Joe Grisafi of Corked Wine Bar Inc., Bethlehem. Grisafi is planning to open a new restaurant/wine bar called Corked at the site.
