March 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Many Subaru owners are going to have to face the fact that there vehicle may have ghostly characteristics. These Subaru’s are beginning to start themselves.

Subaru is recalling more than 47,000 vehicles from model years 2010 to 2013. The reason for the recall is because the key fob with a built-in remote start can begin to randomly start the car if it is dropped.

When it is dropped it can cause the vehicle to malfunction and start on its own, remotely.  This can happen even when the owner’s are not aware of it. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration explained that the process can repeat itself without anybody actually noticing.  With the change of technology remote starting in vehicles has become a standard option in many vehicles.

Because of the engine can start itself, It won't stop until the car runs out of gas or the battery in the vehicle dies.
