Development Specialists, Inc. Wins Deal of the Year Award From M&A Advisor

Miami, Fla. - March 8, 2013 -Development Specialists, Inc., (DSI)  a nationally recognized management consulting and financial advisory services firm, has been recognized by M&A Advisor as a winner in the category of Professional Services (Business to Business) Deal of the Year ($10M-$100M) for the reorganization and restructuring of the Florida law firm Ruden McCloskey.

DSI received the award on March 6 at the 7th Annual Turnaround Awards, held at The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach. DSI, which worked with the law firm Berger Singerman, LLP handled the restructuring of Ruden McCloskey, by negotiating a stalking horse sale of its operating assets to the law firm of Greenspoon Marder.
