To be the only hotel listed in the Top 100 Best Small Companies is a real testament to the sheer passion and hard work the team put in.  The key to our success is investing in our people, communication and empowering our employees. And happy employees deliver great service to guests.”

The Cavendish London was praised for its high standards in ‘giving something back’ where they are commended for their employee communication.  They also scooped second highest in the category ‘taking care of the environment’.  Commended four years running is a statement to the industry of the power of good leadership, clear level of employee engagement and successes of the training and development provided.
