ScottMadden Announces the Promotion of Karen Hilton to Partner

March 7, 2013 - PRLog -- ScottMadden, Inc., a leading general management consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Karen Hilton (http://www.scottmadden.com/bios/56/Karen-Hilton.html) to partner. Mrs. Hilton has 15 years of consulting experience with ScottMadden and has focused on shared services design and implementation, process improvement, organizational design and restructuring, and cost-reduction analysis in both shared services and energy. Within shared services, she has expertise in human resources and service center design and implementation. Karen leads ScottMadden’s survey business which provides customer satisfaction surveys and work activity surveys for the firm’s clients.

Prior to being named partner, Mrs. Hilton served as a director at ScottMadden specializing in corporate and shared services research.

“Karen is a thought leader for our corporate and shared services practice area. She leads the research, oversees our related survey work, and provides consulting direction and support. Early in her career at ScottMadden, Karen worked as a research associate and senior research associate focusing on a variety of energy and shared services projects. She rejoined the firm in 2000 after earning an M.B.A. at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Karen earned a B.S. from the Wayne Calloway Undergraduate School of Business at Wake Forest with a minor in Spanish.
