Citel Technologies, Inc., Announces Partnership Arrangement with Level365

March 6, 2013 - PRLog -- Citel Technologies, Inc., is pleased to announce the signing of an Authorized Reseller Agreement with Level365 a US based partner of 4PSA, whose  VoipNow, the award-winning Unified Communications software and cloud service for Service Providers and Businesses, Citel completed interoperability testing with in the Fourth Quarter of last year. Level365 is looking to roll out the combined offering to its reseller channel over the next several months.

The Portico TVA offers companies the means to migrate their customers to VoIP without the unnecessary burden of ripping and replacing existing cabling infrastructure, purchasing new IP phones and installing Power over Ethernet switches. Customers can retain their existing digital, analog and Centrex phones without removing the existing switches by SIP enabling those phones through the use of the Portico TVA.  This is a quick and cost-effective means of VoIP migration.

Citel and 4PSA originally started working together to meet the customers' need to retain legacy telephone handsets while migrating to VoipNow. With the announcement that interoperability had been completed several of 4PSA's partners contacted Citel to see how the combination could work for them to further expand their businesses. Citel was pleased with the interoperability process and how the systems worked together and soon finalized an agreement with Level365 with a view to jointly expand their market penetration for VoIP services. "With the number of legacy PBXs reaching End of Life, there are a large number of customers looking for a solution that will enable them to migrate to VoIP in the most timely and cost effective manner. With the tie in with Level365 more customers will be able to migrate over to VoIP on an as simple as possible basis" said Ian Gomm, VP, Sales & Marketing for Citel.
