Oklevueha Native American Church is honored to announce that Medicine Man William Courtney MD (http://www.cannabisinternational.org/about.php), Oklevueha Native American Church Medical Advisor and member, oversees ‘all’ Oklevueha Native American Church earth sacrament usage as it relates to worship services.  His breadth of responsibility was initiated January 1, 2013.

Welcome to our Indigenous Heritage:
Indigenous spirituality has been practiced in North and South America since before recorded history. The fundamental premise of all indigenous spirituality is to honor and respect Grandmother Earth (Matriarchal), Grandfather Sky (Patriarchal) and all of their descendants.

The practicing of American Native indigenous spirituality is understood in law and practice  to be the Native American Church, and has been granted exclusive federal laws to recognize the spiritual ceremonies and to protect and maintain access to their sacred ceremonial grounds and sacraments. These protections apply to all practitioners, both on and off Federally Recognized Indian Reservations and apply regardless of race or national origin.  American Native Spirituality has historically utilized Grandmother Earth’s minerals and plants to commune with the spirit world to assist their healing and personal empowering ceremonies and continues to be protected in doing so.

Oklevueha Native American Church (NAC) presently is the ONLY:
1-NAC authorized to conduct Indigenous American Native ceremonies within the United States Navy;

2-NAC validated by a unanimous decision of the State of Utah Supreme Court to admit people of any racial make up around its sacred fires;

3-NAC that has received State of Utah Governor Accommodation Awards for introducing and managing a successful American Native based Habilitation Program in the State of Utah Department of Corrections;

4-NAC has entered into a Cultural Exchange Proclamation with the Huichole Nation, witnessed by the Mexican Consulate.

5-NAC that has received a ruling in a Federal Court  whereupon the

A. United States Government committed (due to ripeness) may not confiscate ‘Cannabis’ Sacrament from the United States Mails and/or arrest any member of Oklevueha Native American Church of Hawaii for transporting or utilizing cannabis as their Sacrament; The Court also gave permission for

B. ONAC of Hawaii to Sue the DEA;

C. Exposed the unethical use of a Judicial tactic known as  ’Delaying Justice in Hopes of Denying Justice’,  refer to;

D. Judge Susan Oki Mollway’s – U. S. District Court for the District of Hawaii, INCLINATIONS ON MOTIONS;

E. ORDER GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART MOTION TO DISMISS FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT, December 31, 2012;

6- NAC  accepted into the Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem Grand Priory of the United States.
