Website goes live for 2013 Alumni World Forum

March 4, 2013 - PRLog -- The 2013 Alumni World Forum, taking place on Thursday 2 May, is designed to bring together some of Cass Business School's 36,000 strong alumni to network, share ideas and hear from world-class business thinkers. Alumni can keep up-to-date with all the latest events planned for the day-long event through this specially-created site, celebrating the depth and talent that can be found in the international alumni community.

The new website includes details of all the panel discussions, masterclasses and career workshops taking place, as well as information on the evening reception being staged at Fishmongers' Hall. Bookings for all events can also be made through the site.

More than 400 people attended the inaugural Alumni World Forum held in London in 2010 with a further 650 people watching the debates streamed live. Over 300 alumni took part in events overseas.

The flagship events of this year's Forum will again be staged in London. Kicking off the day will be a breakfast panel discussion on the 'Remnimbi and World Power' with speakers from Cass, Goldman Sachs, BNY Mellon and Citigroup.

It will be followed by a lunchtime panel tackling the topic of leadership. Among the speakers taking part are Robert Phillips, the former CEO of Edelman and Greg Clarke, Chairman of The Football League.

The panel discussions will be streamed live on the internet so those unable to attend will have the chance to watch the debates and contribute to the discussion via Twitter at #awf2013.

The Forum will also feature a series of masterclasses from leading Cass academics on topics such as marketing, finance and entrepreneurship and will culminate with an exclusive champagne reception at London's historic Fishmongers' Hall. The whole event exemplifying the top class business education that Cass Business School has to offer to undergraduates, postgraduates and even business professionals.
