La Grange, IL Police is unjustly trying to make filmmaker Claude Reid Jr. to move from his own home

March 3, 2013 - PRLog -- After many times of being harassed by the neighbor and by the police Reid asked the police to arrest everyone because he is under stress and he is suffering from Depression and anxieties as a result of it.   The neighbor threatened Reid Again on March 2nd, so Reid walked up to the police station and told the police that he is trying not to lose his temper, because he is sick of the neighbor and the police harassing him, again based on what the neighbor tells the police.  

The Police Department told Reid you Either move from La Grange or we will arrest you, so Reid is currently staying in Bolingbrook, IL with parents until this is resolved.  

The police told Reid that if he does not move that they will arrest him.   The neighbor Harasses Filmmaker / Actor Claude Reid Jr and then she calls the police and the police told Reid that when you see her just run inside the house.    When Reid was shoveling the snow the same Neighbor walked her Dog next to Reid and threatened him and then Reid walked to the police station to complaint.

Again, The neighbor calls the La Grange police department and makes false claims that Reid is knocking on his window and the police asks Reid to leave his own home, based on the neighbors false claim to the La Grange Police department that Reid is knocking on his own window.   Reid asked the police why are you harassing me and banging on my door  because a neighbor tells you that I banged on my own window, why do you take the neighbors word for everything she tells you and why don’t you make an arrest if If am breaking the law?   When a police asks a person to leave, or otherwise get arrested based on some false claim the neighbor makes is harassment.  

Reid says he did not knock on his window as he was falsely  accused by the neighbor and even if that is true he  is not breaking the law, so why does the police asks Reid  to move?  This is harassment, if a person is breaking the law, that person needs to be arrested and when the police bangs on Reid’s door based on some false claim the neighbor makes is mental cruelty, especially when the police asks a person to either move or be arrested.  

This has been going on for two years and Reid has not only come to the conclusion that this will not stop and can only get much worst and also that Reid is being asked to leave his own home.    Reid is Currently Seeking representation.
