Number 1 in the best markets to list your home is in Sacramento, California where Inventories have declined 67% and median prices have increased 40.2 percent.  The second best real estate market is San Jose, California where median prices have risen nearly 25 %. Also in California is San Francisco where Inventory shortages have created a seller’s market here with list prices rising more than 20 percent in the last year.

In the fourth best real estate market to sell your home, it is Phoenix, Arizona.   List prices in Phoenix have risen 23.59 percent year-over-year, while inventories have fallen nearly 16 percent.   The fifth best spot is located in Washington, D.C. where list prices have increased about 16 %.
