The XJET is the world’s first industrial UV LED printer capable of short-run inkjet printing and long-run industrial printing. The XJET can accommodate parts up to 6” in height and has variable dot settings for extremely high print resolution, resulting in smooth gradations without banding. This industrial inkjet printer is conveyorized for high throughput and automation capability, equipped with a programmable servo-controlled load station (patent pending), significantly lowering the cost of fixtures. The XJET is capable of using traditional tooling fixtures that may be loaded directly onto the belt enabling printing on parts that will not sit flat on the conveyor.

The XJET UV LED printer uses the ICN exclusive: X-Series UV curable ink, a high quality ink cured by low temperature LED light. The X-Series ink has been tested to adhere to plastic, metal, glass, wood, and rubber. The ink is California Proposition 65 compliant and CPSIA compliant to ensure the ink is free of harmful phthalates and heavy metals. The X-Series is cost effective, save up to 50% on the cost per liter versus similar competitor’s ink.
