Miller Felpax President & CEO Attends The Canadian Railway Club’s 105th Annual Dinner

Feb. 28, 2013 - PRLog -- The Canadian Railway Club's 105th annual dinner took place at the Montreal Hilton Bonaventure Hotel on Friday Feb 01, 2013, under this year's theme of Black & White. This prestigious event typically attracts the top people in the railway industry and this year was no exception.

Mr. Steve Blue, President & CEO of Miller Felpax Corp (http://www.millerfelpax.com), attended the event again this year as one of the head table guests. Club President Mr. Patrick Charpentier welcomed over 1,000 guests to this year's event and introduced the singer of the US and Canadian anthems, 16 year old Marco Bocchicchio.

Following the anthems, Mr. Mario Brault, President of Genessee & Wyoming Canada, proposed a toast to the railway supply industry and Mr. Nicolas Théberge of Hatch Mott MacDonald proposed a toast to the railway industry.

“Since 1902 The Canadian Railway Club has promoted the rail transportation industry and provided key networking and social events to maintain strong relationships,” said Mr. Steve Blue. “It was an honor to be a part of the organization’s event.”

Guests enjoyed a 4 course dinner as well as a variety of entertainment provided by Thèm Concept. Many attendees were dressed in black and white, which added to the theme of the evening.
