How To Manage Team Performance

Is there anything else closer to define it aside from hell? There is no way a lousy team can make it to the top, in 2 steps; what it needs is a manager with a very strong personality and of course, experience.

The first step is to make sure that the team has a target; once the target is there, the manager should conduct regular and scheduled basis about the project. Third step is to ensure that everybody in the team has a drive, the manager should at the very least, know how to cheer his people up and if they have done a great job, he should greet them for doing a good one, instead of yapping at his team for any mistakes.

The trickiest part of handling a team to make it perform is by providing feedback to each if the team members and how to say things the positive way, good or bad. Tracking the members of the team and their progress is a very effective way to show them that you care, in and outside the office.

If there are people within the team who don’t perform well, the manager should coach him to success until the day he reaches the targets and surpass it. If anybody in the team hit the targets or surpassed it, it is always welcome to celebrate and reward them at least the smallest of things.
