Paradigm Imaging Group Announces Windows® 8 Support for Colortrac SmartLF Software

Feb. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- Paradigm Imaging Group, the North American distributor for Colortrac, Inc., announces Windows® 8 support for SmartWorks EZ Touch, EZ Touch Plus and SmartWorks Pro software.  Colortrac’s range of professional imaging software is compatible with their SmartLF SC and Gx+ wide format scanners, and is touch screen enabled, making Windows® 8 a perfect solution.

SmartWorks EZ Touch provides all SmartLF wide format scanners with an easy, general purpose, intuitive user interface.  The basic version of SmartWorks EZ Touch allows live brightness changes to be made to the previewed image as well as the live selection of related document type filters.  SmartWorks EZ Touch Plus extends the functionality of the basic version of SmartWorks EZ Touch by adding more editing tools and offering the user the chance to personalize document type presets.

SmartWorks Pro easily guides the user through Colortrac’s innovative Scan-Once workflow, allowing for quick changes to the image quality. SmartWorks Pro is available in three variations: Scan (scan only), Copier (copying only) and Scan & Copy (scan to file and copy simultaneously), and is compatible with a wide range of popular large format printers.
