The property is located at 17500 Ben Hill Griffin Parkway in Fort Myers, Florida and sold for $550,000.00.  Tom Strauss and Matt Yaniglos, SCDP, CLS of LandQwest Commercial negotiated this transaction for Zaxby’s, who are expanding in Southwest Florida and have selected the retail team of Strauss and Yaniglos for their site selection.
