-- As a company Inventive Property Management works with it's individual Homeowners Associations to property enforce the collections policy as requested. Part of that service includes collecting on outstanding debt and making sure that homeowners have been properly notified through correct communication channels.
Inventive Property Management will tailor it's collections policy to work with the Board of Directors to provide timely and accurate feedback in order to collect on delinquent accounts. Part of that enforcement comes in the form of sending Certified Mail. As a company we Automate the Certified Mail process in order to create a standardization and specific procedure for handling these types of accounts.
As a result of handling these types of accounts it is absolutely important to have copies of the documents and the return receipts available at all times. We work with a National Service Provider that helps to automate this process, and provide a safe and secure off-site backup for the information to be search-able and found in an online format as needed. This information is permanently stored and can always be retrieved, and is safeguarded against fire, theft or misfiling of information.
