Expert coach publishes new guide to Resilience in the workplace and makes it available for free.

Feb. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Expert coach Jo Higgins-Cezza of Star Performer Training has published a new guide to developing Resilience in the workplace that offers a more effective alternative to conventional stress management techniques. She has decided to make the guide available online for free.

“The modern workplace is very stressful and it’s very easy to get overwhelmed. As a result, many companies are investing a lot of time and money in stress management training to help their staff cope with it. However, many find the results of this training unsatisfactory, as it fails to provide a long-term solution to the issue of stress.
