VIA Unveils MobilePaks Cloud Platform Designed to Engage People in a Way They Actually Learn

Feb. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Today marks the introduction of MobilePaks, a cloud solution for engaging professionals, employees, partners and customers in business. MobilePaks enables managers to quickly create, aggregate, push and track content-rich bits of knowledge and education. Mobilepaks is device agnostic and will work on any smartphones, tablets, laptops or desktop computers. It fills a gap where mobile marketing and learning management systems fall short, by providing a simple, anytime, anyplace, educational experience.

The new components of VIA’s MobilePaks infrastructure include:
· PakViewer – Allows users to view content-rich experiences on any device when they need it – smartphone, tablet, laptop and desktop. The tool also allows users to view assigned content, activity by their peers and search for relevant information.
· PakBuilder – Enables users of any skill set to quickly create rich-content packages of knowledge. This tool allows authors and publishers to add pages with static content, media files, images, interactive collapsing and expanding menus, questions and many other widgets that facilitate engagement and learning comprehension. Pakbuilder also allows companies to quickly convert and aggregate existing content, making it findable and easy to access for its customers, partners and employees.
· PakManager – Makes it easy to assign knowledge Paks or programs to users and groups, as well as sequence and schedule their release in advance. The tool tracks key performance indicators of engagement, completion and comprehension supported by a customer dashboard and analytics. Reports are configurable and fully exportable. It also includes an API layer that allows for direct integration.
