Mark Ruiz Diving Camps Announces 2013 Dates

Feb. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Mark Ruiz Diving camps announced the dates for their 2013 summer diving camps held in Orlando, FL.  This year will feature 2 different sessions for divers to choose from:

Session I: June 24-28, 2013
Session II: July 1-5, 2013

Both sessions feature the same world class instruction, the same world class facility and the same opportunity to train on both springboard and platform.

Directed by YCF Diving Head Coach and former Olympian Mark Ruiz, the sports camps are coached by Mark Ruiz and guest coaches including 15 time national champion Bryan Gillooly.

By limiting the camp to a small number of divers, Coach Ruiz offers springboard and platform divers a world class training experience and a lot of fun including an afternoon at nearby Wet ‘n’ Wild water park. Our intensive dive sessions provide for coaching in fundamentals and advanced techniques on boards and platforms from 1 to 10 meter. Frequent rotations during sessions will ensure that each diver gets plenty of time on all boards and with all coaches.

The YMCA Aquatic Center is the perfect venue for training.  The separate dive pool facility, home to YCF Diving, offers 3, 5, 7 and 10 meter platform dives and 1, 2 and 3 meter jumps from 10 springboards. It's video system features 3 TVs with 3 DVDR’s covering 1m 3m and platform stations. Other features include harnesses, 4 dry boards and floor exercise rooms conveniently behind the tower.
