Association, will be released in 2013.
Affirmative Leadership is a proven methodology developed by the authors that
creates leadership programs based on each company’s own unique strengths and

About the Authors
Dr. William Seidman, CEO and President of Cerebyte, is a recognized expert on
management decision-making in high-performing organizations. He is particularly
known for understanding the processes required to identify and use expert wisdom
in order to inspire organizational performance improvements.
Seidman has more than 20 years of experience working with high-tech, fast-
growth companies including Hewlett-Packard, Jack in the Box, Intel, Local Insight
Media, McGhan Medical, Tektronix, Nike, CVS Pharmacies, Arthur Andersen, Sears,
PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Lifetouch, University of Minnesota and many others.
As part of his doctoral dissertation at Stanford University, he developed a
groundbreaking technique for analyzing management decision-making. Seidman’s

Rick Grbavac joined Cerebyte as Vice President in 2002. Since that time, he
has worked with a wide variety of clients including Fortune 100 companies
in the retailing, financial, high-tech, construction, manufacturing and health
sectors. Grbavac has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and
organizational development, and he was involved in managing sales groups and re-
engineering corporate structure and culture at industry-leading organizations such
as Jantzen and VF Corporation. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a
BS in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
