1 Trillion BP, THAT is what you owe!!!

Feb. 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Once again, BP is playing “Sherlock Holmes.”  However, it will not work in America with Attorney General Eric Holder being Wyatt Earp or D’Jango with the D silent. Abraham Lincoln prepared Eric Holder with the “Gettysburg Address” for BP.  BP came to America after acquiring BP from the Shah of Iran, with their corporate HQ’s in London England. Ironically, in London, they do not even use oil for energy.

They are responsible for the deaths of 11 workers and leaving their grieving families, and millions of lost jobs in the Gulf Coast Region, which has affected the entire United States. Additionally, they have not developed a program to pay claims of the underserved and underrepresented, or a program to pay the losses of the poor BP service station owners.

BP should pay at least 1 Trillion Dollars for the losses of jobs and businesses for the underserved and underrepresented that contribute to the booming economy throughout America.  Already, it has hurt the entire state of Texas and the Governor and the politicians in Texas are saying it is the US Government’s fault. They have not even considered paying claims in the entire State of Florida where tourism occurred at its lowest for several months in 2010/2011 and the entire State of Florida still has not recovered from their losses.  BP has damaged the environment to an extent that is worse than an asteroid landing in the Gulf of Mexico.  Their oil spill was as wide as 100’s of football fields in the Gulf of Mexico.

Recently, they have placed all types of advertisements to come to the Gulf Coast Region, specifically, the beach. However, if you are not on the coast line of the Gulf Coast your business is dying due to BP.  American’s must continue to fight and now is the time for trial lawyers all over America to show how BP has affected all of America.

Presently, Mr. Dudley, the CEO and his posses’ have swindled and conned the Government and shown various Zones that they should pay.  A zone, which is a no causation zone, is the coast line.  The zones of B and C are not on the coast line, but lead you to zone A. There are many more stipulations on the path to the beach but you could not get there unless you traveled to it. The entire United States is in an A zone when you spill oil and destroy our communities. Therefore, you should pay all zones in the United States. The same situation occurs when BP advertises for people to come to the Gulf Coast Region all over the United States,  and therefore, should pay for all of the zones in the United States.

I say to Congress, the US Department of Justice, all Cities and States, that you should meet them in court.  What affects the Gulf of Mexico affects all of the Atlantic, Arctic and the Pacific Oceans, as they all are connected.  We are all surrounded by zones and we all have had an impact economically and environmentally due to this the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill on April 23, 2010.  We will not allow BP and all of their Oil Competitors to leave this Country with environmental disasters the way they have damaged Africa and other Middle Eastern Countries.  I say to BP and all of their posses get ready to do the time or pay the fines for all zones in America.
