Addus Homecare Bullies Local Business, Advantage Health Systems, Inc. Fights Back
On February 19, 2013, Advantage Health Systems, Inc. filed a for a Temporary Restraining Order to prevent the sale of the CarePro Home Health & Hospice Divisions of Addus HomeCare, Inc. to the LHG Group, Inc.
Advantage further asserts that beyond the fact that Addus has not lived up to their financial and contractual obligations, their business practices have damaged Advantage’s reputation of providing quality, affordable health care services. Mitchell says, “We are eager to resolving this situation in a fair, equitable, and expedited manner.”
