has announced that the firm recently received an “A” rating from the Better Business Bureau’s (BBB) Metropolitan New York chapter. The firm received the rating from the business organization for its low volume of customer complaints, its satisfactory handling and resolution of a customer’s complaint and what the BBB described as “sufficient background information on this business.”
In the last three years, Affordable Financial Services received one complaint that has since been closed out, according to the BBB. The company has not received any complaints in the last 12 months. In its report, BBB stated that Affordable Financial Services “made [a] good faith effort to resolve [the] complaint” filed by the customer.
The Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan New York is a privately-funded not-for-profit corporation serving New York City, Long Island and the Mid-Hudson Region.
