The magazine focuses on cutting-edge news, analysis, case studies and its exclusive Baker's Dozen Customer Satisfaction surveys. These surveys include both qualitative and quantitative questions. In order to determine an overall ranking, the results are analyzed across three subcategories: breadth of service, size of deals and quality of service as well as an overall score.
