Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport Achieves #1 Ranking in North America for Guest Experience
For 2012, the Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks has achieved the top Guest Experience Index (GEI) score for all Sheraton hotels in North America.
The GEI, a daily survey e-mailed to all guests of the hotel after their checkout, is considered a Starwood benchmark of how guests are rating each individual property. Survey questions include how likely a guest is to return to the hotel, how satisfied they were with their overall experience at the hotel, as well as their ratings on interactions with the staff throughout their stay. The metric measures guests’ experience in all areas, including check in, check out, food and beverage, and room comfort.

Additionally, Waterford Hotel Group has awarded the Sheraton Hartford at Bradley Airport with the Hotel Team of the Year award at the company’s Annual Leadership Conference and Awards Celebration held in January. The 3-day conference, held at the Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks, was attended by more than 85 managers from Waterford Hotel Group and its managed portfolio. The award was presented to the Sheraton team for their exceptional performance in 2012, including achieving the prestigious GEI score. The Sheraton Hartford at Bradley Airport was chosen as Hotel Team of the Year from Waterford’s portfolio of more than 30 properties.
