Feb. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- On Wednesday February 27th A&R Management and SESAC will celebrate their One Year anniversary with a highly competitive producer's battle, performances by band Sir Will and the Rose Parade and artist Miranda Nicole, great food and drinks.

"I Beat Daily" will feature an explosion of exciting opportunities for producers and all interested in music. The competition will take place at The Artist Factory 1741 Commerce Drive, in Atlanta, Ga. The Artist Factory is one of Atlanta's premiere private studios.

A&R Management (ARM), a producer and artist management firm, founded "I Beat Daily" in 2006 in Hampton,Va, and in 2012 expanded the event to Atlanta, Ga. The support from companie like DeRed Bull, MakinItMag, and sponsorship from BKE  Technologies and SESAc has assisted "I Beat Daily" into becoming the largest showcase and networking event for producers in the South.

Over the years, both, winners and participants, have received placements on the projects of major recording artists such as Trey Songz (Atlantic Records), Travis Porter (RCA Records) and Wale (Maybach Music Group).

"We are thrilled to be celebrating a year of successful events in Atlanta, and even more grateful for the support from SESAC, Red Bull, BKE Technologies, and the music community. “The purpose of “I Beat Daily” is to create a networking event for all interested in music and the business of,” said Raychel Jones, CEO, A&R Management.  “In addition, we focus on bringing exposure to producers and provide a platform for them to showcase their talents.”  

The competition comprises 16 selected producers who battle, beat for beat, for $500, software and sound pack suite from BKE technology, makers of Dallas Ausitn’s Beat Thang , a private A&R session, music shopped to 4 major labels, feature on "I Beat Daily" mixtape,  and an agreement with A&R Management.

The producer’s battle is judged by three music industry professionals. This year’s judges are:

Park , “KP” Kirk  VP of A&R for DTP
Focus., Legendary Grammy Award Winning Producer
Tmah, VP of A&R for  Konvict and BuVision/Def Jam

Judges are chosen based on their position and involvement in the industry, in hopes that they will be able to critique, guide, and inspire up and coming producers who aspire to one day having placements with major record labels and artists.  The response has been overwhelming with label and corporate participants such as Interscope Records, Atlantic Records, Red Bull, Black Label Studio, and WHOV 88.1, BKE Technology. Atlanta’s promotional and branding company Glitzy Promotions, and most recently performance rights organization SESAC.
