-- Aegis Energy Services, Inc, a leader in the Combined Heat and Power industry, will take center stage later this month when President and General Manager Lee Vardakas serves as a moderator at the upcoming CRE Gold Coast Investment Summit to be held on Feb. 26 at Jersey City’s Maritime Parc event center.
The Gold Coast Investment Summit focuses on the Tri-State region’s next big real estate market, New Jersey’s “Gold Coast” which is comprised of a 19-mile stretch between the Bayonne Bridge and the George Washington Bridge. The contiguous urban landscape includes Jersey City, Weehawken, and Hoboken. Benefiting from proximity to Manhattan, the stretch is experiencing an influx of new multifamily renters, high-end retailers and new hotels.
Vardakas will moderate the panel entitled “Next Generation Multi-Family Design, Development, and Investment Activity in the Myriad of Assets.” The panel will include such experts as Allina F. Boohoff, Executive Director of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Cindy Clare, President of Kettler Management, and Adam Fruitbine, Managing Director of Alliance Residential Company.
