Feb. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Omnix International, the authorized distributor for Autodesk products in Middle East, is showcasing ‘Autodesk Factory Design Suite Ultimate 2013,’ an advanced factory layout and equipment design solution, at Machinex Arabia 2013, Saudi Arabia’s 3rd International Machinery and Equipment Exhibition, which will run from February 19 to February 21, 2013 at the Jeddah Centre for Forums and Events. ‘Autodesk Factory Design Suite Ultimate 2013’ helps machine and equipment builders and manufacturers in enabling better designs, optimizing, visualizing and sharing factory layouts and factory equipment designs. Omnix International is participating at the event along with its reseller Ultimate Solutions for Advanced Mechanical Solutions, whose stand is located at Stand No 450.

During the event, Omnix International is promoting the wide range of benefits and advantages to be gained from utilizing 'Autodesk Factory Design Suite,' a solution for the design and optimization of layout of factories that allows users to design and present optimal layout using digital models of industrial plants. The dynamic new software enhances AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor, exclusive of interoperable workflow for defining layout and content specific to industrial plants, which can help to;

·         Make more productive lay-out designs

·         Help reduce costs by analyzing and optimizing layouts

·         Improved sharing via communicating visual layout in 3D format

·         Leverage project components for industrial plants based on Cloud

“Machinex Arabia 2013 could not have come at a better time as KSA has recently been tagged as one of the Middle East region’s largest markets complemented by an equally growing manufacturing sector. Participating at this event allows us to meet our target audience and also help increase more awareness on our diverse range of design solutions,” said Mohammed Amir, Country Sales Manager - KSA, Omnix International. “One such solution is the 'Autodesk Factory Design Suite,' which allows users to create 3D models of layout of factories while also being able to communicate the idea of the project, identify costly errors and improve the efficiency of the design process. This new design solution can produce effective sales tools and optimize the proposed layout for participation in tenders. Lastly, another major benefit to be gained is that machinery and equipment can be designed and integrated directly onto the layout, based on the requirements and context presented by the customer."

The ‘Autodesk Factory Design Suite’ includes AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, AutoCAD Mechanical, Autodesk Showcase, Autodesk Inventor Professional, Autodesk 3DS Max Design, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Vault Basic and Autodesk Factory Design Utilities. It also comes with key features like interference checking; motion simulation & stress analysis and automated tools for designing routed systems.
