-- Vibrant masks, colorful beads, and lots of glittering purple, green and gold were seen as residents of The Buckingham
senior living community came together to enjoy classic New Orleans food, refreshments and entertainment. After enjoying traditional Cajun fare and king cake, residents enjoyed lively music by Jazz Pianist Harry Shepherd.
“We all had a ball listening to jazz and dancing the night away,” said Cathy Lightfoot
, director of sales and marketing at The Buckingham. “Mardi Gras is a time to celebrate, and that’s exactly what we did!”
