Global Ministry Adds 97 Million Viewer Households by Joining ABC Family
Milwaukee-based Time of Grace Ministry is pleased to announce its new national broadcast outlet, ABC Family network. The Time of Grace program, featuring “straight talk” Bible-based messages from Pastor Mark Jeske, has grown from a Milwaukee-based program into a nationwide and worldwide television ministry in only a decade. With the addition of ABC Family, Time of Grace is now available in every TV market in America.
“There’s so much we all can learn from God’s Word,” said Pastor Jeske. “The timeless truths of the Bible are relevant in our everyday lives and are the key to our existence.”
“When Time of Grace first aired, the predominant way in which people watched TV in the U.S. was via antenna,” said Dr. Bruce Becker, Executive Vice President, Time of Grace Ministry. “Today, 60 percent of people watch TV by cable, 30 percent watch via satellite and 10 percent watch it via antenna. With the addition of ABC Family, we went from 35 national markets to 210 markets overnight.”
Time of Grace is the largest international Christian outreach media ministry based in the Midwest. It began when a group of Christians noticed that most television ministries were drifting away from basic Bible truths.
“We believe that God has the answers,” Pastor Jeske noted. “It’s exciting to bring those answers to our viewers every week.”
In addition to ABC Family, the program is currently available nationally and internationally via satellite on the Daystar Network, National Religious Broadcasters Network (NRB), Christian Television Network (CTN), and The Church Channel (TCC). Time of Grace also airs weekly on the American Forces Network (AFN) to military personnel on land and sea.
“We want to reach out to people who have never heard of us and who need to hear the gospel,” said Becker. “Going on ABC Family expands our audience to people from all walks of life. Over the years, thousands of viewers have contacted us with stories of how the ministry has helped in their spiritual journey.”
