2013 Coldwell Banker Central PA Builders Breakfast A Success

Harrisburg, PA (February 15, 2013) – Coldwell Banker Select Professionals sponsored their 2nd annual “Building on Success” breakfast event this week.  The purpose of the conference is to bring home builder clients, agents and partners together to discuss 2013 market conditions & priorities facing the builder community in the midstate  The Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey was the venue for this year’s event.

Builder clients from Reading to Carlisle were in attendance, in addition to Coldwell Banker agents specializing in new homes throughout the nine-county footprint of Coldwell Banker here.  

The two-hour event featured the expertise of Mike Greene of the Homestead Group, reviewing the state of the real estate marketing in central PA and focusing on new construction market intelligence.  Bill Pierce from Fulton Mortgage Company brought the crowd up to date on the latest trends in the mortgage lending business. Brian Zulli, Esq. of Guardian Transfer offered insight on legal trends and title hot topics.  Coldwell Banker Select Professionals’ partner, Ryan C. Hess, presented the 2013 marketing strategy for Coldwell Banker as well as the latest consumer trends in mobile, video and reputation management.
