Financial Planning Association of MA names William Harris to Board as Membership Director
As Membership Director Harris will focus on growing the membership base for the FPA of MA.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Harris will help guide the policy and direction of the 900-member association that seeks to foster the value of financial planning and advance the profession within Massachusetts.
In his capacity as Membership Director, Harris will focus on growing the membership base for the FPA MA.
Harris’ experience in the financial planning industry spans 24 years; he is managing member of W. H. Cornerstone Investments, LLC, a registered investment advisory firm headquartered in Duxbury. Prior to co-founding W.H. Cornerstone in 1996, he worked for State Street Global Advisors.
Harris received his BS in Management from Daniel Webster College, an MBA from Suffolk University and is a Certified Financial Planner. In addition to membership in the FPA and FPA of MA, he also belongs to The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).
Harris is a frequent lecturer on financial planning topics and has been quoted in numerous publications on financial topics ranging from portfolio diversification to real estate.
Harris and his wife and business partner Paula make their home in Duxbury, MA. He is an elected Commissioner on the Plymouth County Charter Commission. An avid fisherman, Harris is a member of the Plymouth Yacht Club.
