has over 23 years’ of valuable experience in telecom, media, insurance and travel domains serving the US, India & UK geographies across key functions such as Operations, HR and Solutions with brands such as GE Capital, Domino’s Pizza, ITT Sheraton Corp. & Firstsource. He has been with the BPO industry for the last 14 years’ having worked in both voice and data horizontals.
