Leg raises work the glute muscles and the lower back at UFZ's Booty Camp
-- Ultimate Fit Zone, the area's fastest growing boot camp in Monmouth County, has just launched another training program for members called Booty Camp. As one can imagine, this intense, 30 minute group training session tones, tightens and firms the glute muscles (otherwise know as the 'tush').
Booty Camp is 30 minutes of non-stop exercises targeting the glute muscles as well as the thighs. The group fitness class draws members ranging in age from mid twenties to mid fifties and is followed up by an hour long Zone 360 boot camp. Booty Camp coach, Bonnie Cioppa, leads members through dozens of squats, lunges, leg raises, hops, jumps and more to tone the glute and thigh muscles. Fast pace, energizing music helps members keep pace with the class and have fun at the same time.
Ultimate Fit Zone offers a variety of boot camp training programs for core conditioning, weight loss, strength building, endurance training and more. The facility incorporates specialty training classes such as Zone 360, HEAT, TRX Suspension Training, Bokwa, Zumba and much more.
The facility is located in Middlebrook Shopping Center, a few doors north of Kohls. It is co-owned by Edward Albert, fitness professional and owner of Ultimate Fitness Training Center, and Melissa Saul.
