Lee & Associates Closes a $2.69 million Industrial Sale in Pomona

Feb. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- ONTARIO, California—February 13, 2013—Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, closed a $2.69 million, 43,900 square foot industrial building at 2778-2788 Pomona Blvd in Pomona, California.

Mark White and Todd Launchbaugh of Lee’s Ontario office represented the seller, Fluoresco Lighting & Signs and Kent Stalwick of CBRE represented the buyer, Lite Cruise Properties, LLC.  The manufacturing building was built in 1975, has 10 ground level doors and is situated on 2.29 acres.
