Call Management heralds the arrival of “Arema Connect”
Call Management launches its new UK sister company: Arema Connect. This multi-channel contact centre will provide customer care services to UK and USA companies through phone, e-mail, live chat and social media channels.
Call Management and Arema Connect are part of the Key Answering System Group who focus in delivering high quality customer relationship management. As recognition of our approach we were awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification and we are in our final stages to achieve the Excellence Through People award.
These accreditations will see Call Management/Arema Connect position itself as a leading Customer Relationship Management(CRM)
We have reinvented ourselves to include e-mail handling, live chat and database management along with the traditional telephone answering service.
Call Management has pushed forward offering quality services to leading e-commerce sites and numerous public sector clients.

Arema Connect will focus on the UK and USA market but every client will be serviced from our Irish operation creating local employment.
