Danielle J. Hessell Named as an Associate at Maddin Hauser

Feb. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Maddin, Hauser, Wartell, Roth & Heller, P.C., (www.maddinhauser.com) has named Danielle J. Hessell as an associate attorney in the firm’s General and Complex Litigation Practice Group.

Prior to joining the Southfield-based law firm, Ms. Hessell was an associate at Butzel Long in Bloomfield Hills, where she practiced general business and commercial litigation.

In 2012, Ms. Hessell was named a Michigan Super Lawyer Rising Star and an Up and Coming Lawyer by Michigan Lawyers Weekly.  She also was awarded with the Legal Aid and Defender Association’s Wayne Pro Bono Spirit Award for her pro bono work.

Ms. Hessell, a Ferndale resident, received her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Central Michigan University and her juris doctor, summa cum laude, from the Michigan State University College of Law.  While at MSU Law, she earned a certificate from the College’s Trial Practice Institute, was named a Dean King Scholar, and was associate editor of the Law Review.

Ms. Hessell is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association for the Eastern District of Michigan, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
